Then the balance will show up on your new card, and you hit the nearest atm or store or whereever. Its very simple.

I use this method everyday of the week. I simply cash out my money I make in GPT's to my Paypal, then transfer that money to my card. Everyday I have new money on my credit card. If I wish to leave money in my Paypal to pay for online stuff, I can do that too.
